Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 3 business days. (If there is an issue with your order which prevents this, you will be notified via email or telephone.)
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Special orders will take up to an additional 5 days.
YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $1 PLACEHOLDING FEE FOR SHIPPING. WE WILL CONTACT YOU REGARDING YOU FULL SHIPPING COSTS AND TIME.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We will contact you with a delivery quote detailing shipping cost and time.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Texas and if we have the ordered product in stock.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to United States addresses
Synthetic Turf World ships to only addresses within the continental United States.
Synthetic Turf World will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if available. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Synthetic Turf World is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
